Premium Grade Adhesive Trim Bonder

• Trim Bonder TR30 is a premium grade adhesive for room temperature bonding of Solid Surface, Engineered and Natural Stone. This adhesive is designed to produce tough, flexible, fast curing joints for many applications and remains flexible at low temperatures with excellent impact resistance.
• Trim Bonder TR30 requires little or no surface preparation in most applications and the excess material can be “trimmed” with a blade rather than using a sanding or routing procedure. It is 100 % reactive (contains no solvents) and is shelf stable for up to one year. The 10/1 mix ratio allows for the use of many industry standard cartridges and meter mix dispense equipment.
• Trim Bonder TR30 is available in a wide variety of colors to match the many different brands of Solid Surface, Granite, Quartz Surfaces and Engineered stone.
• Standard grade working time is 8 to 10 minutes and handling strength is attained in 20 to 35 minutes.
• Unique hybrid formula chemically connects to the organic (resin component) and inorganic (mineral component) of the surfacing material creating bonds up to 10 times that of standard grade Engineered and Natural Stone adhesives.
• Medium viscosity allows for gap filling up to 1/8 inch.
• Adhesive seams cure to a permanent satin finish ideal for many textured and low gloss natural stone finishes
