Our Adhesives are packaged in several cartridge sizes including the most common cartridges used by most of the major solid surface manufacturers, so your guns will work just fine. If you do need to purchase a dispensing gun we offer both Cox™ and MixPac™ Brand dispensers in manual and pneumatic at very reasonable prices.

Our Solid Surface Adhesive 13-E is formulated to provide the strongest bonds on the largest selection of materials. It can be used on all the major brands of Solid Surface: Acrylic, ISO-NPG Polyester, Ortho Polyester, and Acrylic-Polyester alloys. Some manufacturers suggest using solid surface adhesive on Engineered stone and Granite. While Solid Surface adhesives will bond to these products they do not provide the moisture resistance and bond strength of our specifically designed Estone 101 and Trim Bonder 30 Adhesives. These products are packaged in the same convenient Meter/Mix/Dispense system of our solid surface adhesives. The colors were developed to match Agglosimplex™ - Cambria™ - Caesarstone™ - Formica Stone™ - Hanstone™ - Legacy™ - LG Viatera™ - Silestone™ - Technistone™ - Zodiaq® . The wide range of color options also makes these adhesives an excellent choice for Granite and Natural Stone Fabrication. Watch the video.

Our adhesives have been tested using industry standardized testing procedures and provide improved performance properties over OEM adhesives in most applications. For a detailed look at its specific physical properties please see our Tech Data Sheets.

Properly stored - the adhesive has an estimated shelf life of one year. For best results, we recommend that you use the adhesive within 6 months of production. Elevated temperatures will reduce the shelf life of any adhesive so refrigeration is an acceptable means of storage. For optimum shelf life and performance, store adhesive upright away from direct sunlight in a cool area or fridge. Store between 50-70 F degrees for best results.

The lab in our production facility has all the necessary pigments to match nearly any color. Using our extensive adhesive color line up we have matched more than 1000 solid surface colors including those matched by our competitors and more. However, if you have a custom color requirement and can provide a sample of the product - we can do that too.

Bonding Fasteners can be used with our Composite Adhesive RTP-01 to under mount sinks or other fixtures on Solid Surface, Granite or Engineered Stone. This simple system can greatly reduce the labor time involved in sink installation and when properly applied is incredibly strong. Watch the Video.

The open time for our standard adhesive is approximately 8-12 minutes at 75F. Handling strength can be estimated at 2X the open time.

Our lab facilities allow us to formulate custom colors when required. If you have a color that we have not yet published a match for, call us and we will work with you to get the best match possible from our standard color line. If required, we can formulate a custom color from the sample you provide.
