Instructions for the use of Substrate Bonder - supplied in 400 ml cartridges
Substrate bonder is a rapid cure two-component urethane adhesive designed to develop high strength, highly flexible bonds between solid surface, engineered stone and various substrates.
Suggested uses where rapid cure and flexibility is required
- Attaching reinforcing substrates to countertops
- Bonding wall panels to various surfaces
- Applying wood or dissimilar materials to Solid Surface or Engineered Stone
- Place cartridge into dispenser.
- Before putting on the static mixer, dispense a little of the adhesive to ensure both components are flowing from the outlet.
- Screw on the static mixer and dispense as required.
- The open time for this version is approximately 4 to 6 minutes; handling strength is 10 to 15 minutes.
